Winemaker Notes This Chardonnay is 100% grown on the Eberle Estate. Aged in 65% oak and 35% stainless steel. Of the 65% aged in oak, 35% aged in new French oak and stirred twice a week for 4 months.
Whether you like a more fruit-forward Chardonnay or one with a little buttery oak, the Eberle Chardonnay is pleasing to a wide range of palates. Produced from our Estate vines, the Chardonnay remains consistent in style, quality, and character year after year.This rich wine has hints of Meyer lemon and sweet apple blossom that complement the more savory flavors such as toffee and pie crust that come through on the palate. The Chardonnay is well balanced with light toasted oak notes making its structure a medium-bodied wine. Touches of salinity linger on the finish.
